Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, by Your submission you agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without liability or prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if You breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, including for any court mediation procedures.

You agree to resolve any dispute solely on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in any class, collective, or representative proceeding, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.


Mandatory Consumer Protections

If You are entitled to mandatory consumer protection under the laws Your country of residence, nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes those protections to the extent they cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.


Export Control Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade sanctions, and restricted-party laws and regulations in connection with your access to or use of the Service, including, without limitation, those of Japan, the United States, and any other applicable jurisdiction. Severability and Waiver

Instead, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision within such jurisdiction to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.


Translation Interpretation

These Terms are provided in English. Translations may be made available for convenience, but in the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the English version will control.


Changes to These Terms of Use

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When We modify or replace these Terms, We will set an effective date and notify You in advance through the Website of the modification or replacement, its contents, and its effective date.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.
