・High output power of Psat: +39 dBm (approximately 8 W). Achieves the system’s final stage on a single chip
・High gain of up to 30.3 dB + excellent PAE of up to 32.6%
・High-linearity design optimized for high-PAR communication signals (OIP3 up to +47.1 dBm typ)
・Inputs and outputs fully matched to 50 Ω. Ready for immediate mounting with no external matching circuit required
